Fady is an engineering and management leader with over 12 years of experience in the field. His expertise spans across Engineering and Management, enabling him to drive innovation and deliver exceptional results. As the co-founder of Orthoplex Solutions, Fady plays a crucial role in overseeing all operations and finances. His primary focus is on optimizing systems and architecture within the company to achieve maximum efficiency.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of Illinois, Fady brings a strong educational foundation to his role. He has successfully led and managed world-class teams, consistently delivering cutting-edge products and systems.

During his tenure at Zebra Technologies, Fady was an integral part of the Program Management team for Automation. He played a key role in the successful delivery of the SmartSight EMA system, a data-driven intelligence solution that revolutionized retail store performance and decision-making. Fady was responsible for devising and executing deployment strategies for the system across multiple customers within Zebra’s global client-base.

At OTTO Motors (a division of Clearpath Robotics), Fady held a prominent position overseeing Applications Engineering for material movement automation using autonomous robots. He gained valuable insights into diverse market segments and made significant contributions to the delivery of physical and discrete event simulations for large heterogeneous robotic fleets. Fady’s efforts resulted in unlocking additional revenue streams and maximizing overall profit for the company.
