The website was built with Beaver Builder and to implement more visual and performance capabilities, the company wanted to migrate to Elementor Pro. By gradually migrating to Elementor Pro, updating the site’s structure, boosting performance, website health, and refining SEO, we turned it into a fast, effective platform that supports SurePoint’s growing business and acquisition-driven expansion.

  • Hybrid Builder Complexity: The site, originally built with Beaver Builder, needed updates using Elementor, creating compatibility and performance challenges for a website of this size.
  • Performance Potential: The website performance was good, however, there was room for improvement by reducing the number of pages, fixing site health issues, and optimizing loading times for better user experience.
  • SEO Opportunities: The website had many broken links, missing meta descriptions, and a less SEO-friendly structure that offered chances to improve search engine visibility which is critical for SurePoint’s marketing efforts.
  • Marketing Integration Needs: SurePoint’s multiple campaigns, managed with Adobe Marketo Engage, demanded accurate conversion tracking and form functionality to keep everything working perfectly during the revamp.
  • Phased Transition: The site’s scale made a full overhaul impractical so we followed a phased approach to maintain stability while rolling out updates.

  • Elementor Integration: We rebuilt the solutions and products pages using Elementor, simplifying design and cutting back on heavy custom code. This sped up load times and improved their UX.
  • Branding Alignment: We accurately aligned all the design aspects on the website with the SurePoint brand guidelines. We updated the fonts, themes, and colors of all the pages. This resulted in reflecting the brand’s authority perfectly.
  • Performance Testing: To handle the complexity of running two builders, we thoroughly tested new pages in a staging environment, checking performance metrics and fixing issues before launch.
  • Risk Management: A detailed risk assessment helped us spot and address potential problems, ensuring a smooth launch.
  • SEO Optimization: We fixed broken links, added meta descriptions for all pages, and used SEMRush audits to ensure we improved site health and SEO scores, aligning with SurePoint’s critical SEO goals.
