We are looking for a senior UX/UI designer. Your creative expertise will play a pivotal role in improving the quality of the design work delivered to our customers.
This role requires the successful candidate to have impeccable written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process across websites, web applications, and mobile applications, from concept through final delivery.
- Design high-quality UI/UX experiences while also contributing to graphic design initiatives, including marketing visuals, branding assets, and presentation materials.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products and brands.
- Translate complex product and business requirements into intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences.
- Create portfolio-quality design projects for platforms such as Behance, showcasing innovation, visual excellence, and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve user experience.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, improve efficiency, enhance quality, and drive ongoing innovation.
- Collaborate closely with product, development, and leadership teams while advocating for user-centered design principles across the organization.
- Handle other design-related tasks as needed, adapting to evolving project and business requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and extensive hands-on experience in UI/UX design, visual design, and branding.
- Proven ability to create, apply, and enforce branding guidelines across multiple platforms and products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX, graphic design, and visual storytelling across web and mobile projects.
- Exceptional creative problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail and design quality.
- High proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and comparable design tools.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools in design workflows to build faster, smarter, and more innovative solutions.
- Impeccable written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
