We are looking for a senior UX/UI designer. Your creative expertise will play a pivotal role in improving the quality of the design work delivered to our customers.
This role requires the successful candidate to have impeccable written and spoken English and be available to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Canadian Eastern Time (Toronto zone).
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to final delivery.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.
- Work directly with Canadian clients and stakeholders.
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive, elegant user experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative refinements.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.
- Handle other design-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in UI/UX design and branding.
- Proven ability to create and enforce branding guidelines.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and similar.
- Impeccable written and spoken English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Canadian Eastern Time (Toronto zone).
