Join our dynamic team at Orthoplex Solutions as a Project Manager with a specialization in web and mobile app development projects. We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of web and mobile app projects, from conception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Experience in managing web and mobile app development projects is highly desirable for this role. Candidates with a background in design or software development will be at an advantage, as they will have a deeper understanding of the technical aspects and challenges inherent in these projects. Such experience will enable the Project Manager to effectively communicate with the development team, anticipate potential roadblocks, and ensure the successful delivery of web and mobile app projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and quality assurance for web and mobile app development projects.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Proactively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including technical teams.
- Manage project resources effectively, including design and development resources.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Analyze project performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in project management.
- Experience in web and mobile app development projects is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, namely Agile and Waterfall. Methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma are a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Proficiency in project management software is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree or a Certification in project management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
